These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the App operator. In addition, any guidelines or instructions presented within the App shall form part of these Terms.

Article 2: User Registration

Some features of the App may require user registration or input of certain information. Users are expected to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or using such features.

Article 3: Match Predictions and Submissions

The App allows Users to submit predictions regarding the outcomes of martial arts matches.

Submitted predictions may be: Displayed to other users, Aggregated into statistical formats, Used to enhance the App's features and user experience.

Users must ensure that submitted content:

* Does not violate public order or morals

* Does not include slander or offensive content targeting athletes or organizations

* Does not infringe on the rights of others, including copyrights and privacy

Article 4: Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in any of the following:

1. Violations of laws or public order

2. Interference with the operation of the App

3. Harassment or discriminatory speech against other users

4. Commercial use of the App without permission

5. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale of App content or data

Article 5: Service Modification and Termination

The App’s content, features, or availability may change, be suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. The App shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users due to such changes or termination.

Article 6: Disclaimer

The App makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. The App assumes no liability for any damages or issues arising from its use.

Article 7: Intellectual Property

All content displayed within the App (including text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of the App operator or its legitimate rights holders.

Users may not use such content beyond personal use without prior permission.

The names, events, and logos of martial arts organizations appearing in this app are trademarks or registered trademarks owned by their respective rights holders.
